We take pride in our customer service. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, please use the contact page to send us a message and give us the chance to make it right. Due to scammers, if your item arrives broken, you will be required to send it back to us (at our expense) before a replacement is sent.
Custom orders will receive a proof for approval and must be paid for before item is created. Please watch your email, so your process isn’t delayed.
